在哈密瓜的內餡裡，鋪上一層蜂蜜蛋糕，搭配酥脆塔皮，使口感有多層變化。上方使用靜岡綠茶製成的鮮奶油和哈密瓜裝飾，吃起來甜蜜又帶有清香感。

This Summery tart is filled with honeydew cream and a layer of honey cake, then topped with Shizuoka green tea whipping cream and fresh honeydew for deco.

內餡：蜂蜜杏仁蛋糕、哈密瓜奶油餡、吉利丁

外層：酥脆派皮、綠茶蜂蜜鮮奶油、吉利丁、哈密瓜球、黃檸檬屑

Filling: honey almond cake, honeydew cream, gelatin 

Decoration: honey green tea whipping cream, fresh honeydew, lemon zest
