This Father’s Day, Heritage presents a refined, layered dessert — crafted for someone steady, quietly generous, and deeply cherished.

Delicately fragrant with lemon and olive oil, the sponge is light yet full of character. It’s brushed with a juniper gin syrup that draws out crisp botanical notes and an aromatic finish. Inside, layers of smooth caramel custard and gin-infused cream add depth and a gentle bitterness, creating a complex yet comforting profile. A topping of pistachio cream brings a final touch of nuttiness and balance — subtle, sophisticated, and satisfying.
