夾層以絲滑的開心果絲滑奶霜與酥脆開心果脆脆 Kataifi 交織出豐富層次,濃郁堅果香伴隨細緻口感,每一口都兼具滑順與酥香。

外層覆上輕盈的法芙娜巧克力北海道鮮奶油,最後包覆一層以 Mr. Black Espresso Martini 調製的黑巧克力甘納許,將濃厚可可、咖啡酒香與開心果風味完美融合。

Built on Heritage's signature Devil's Food Chocolate Cake, this Father's Day creation begins with a rich, exceptionally moist sponge made with premium Valrhona cocoa.

Inside, one layer of silky pistachio namelaka and one layer of crisp pistachio kataifi create a contrast of smooth, creamy texture and delicate crunch, bringing out the rich nuttiness of roasted pistachios in every bite.

The cake is frosted with a light Valrhona Chocolate Hokkaido cream before being enveloped in a glossy dark chocolate ganache infused with Mr. Black Espresso Martini. Deep cocoa, roasted coffee, and pistachio come together in a sophisticated dessert that's indulgent yet balanced—crafted for those who appreciate bold flavors with an elegant finish.
