Using Taiwan’s jasmine tea & fresh in-season mangoes, this year’s Mother’s Day Cake is an Oolong Tea chiffon base topped with fresh hokkaido cream that is delicately infused with jasmine flowers. Meticulously developed by our master chef, it blends the flavors of local teas, flowers, and fruit. Between the cake layers are jasmine tea custard and fresh mangoes, creating a delightful interplay of textures. This refreshing cake is made for mothers and grandmothers alike, allowing families to enjoy and celebrate this precious holiday together.
