抹茶波士頓派的蛋糕體使用日本宇治抹茶粉製作,口感比戚風蛋糕更加輕盈。夾餡選用北海道中澤鮮奶油和法國Cacao Barry白巧克力、製成抹茶日式奶油餡,入口即能感受到濃濃的抹茶奶香,與細緻蓬鬆的蛋糕體是絕佳搭配。

A cake inspired by the Boston Cream Pie, our translation of this cake is a lighter, airier format made with premium matcha powder from Uji, Japan with the center cream made out of Hokkaido fresh cream & matcha white chocolate made from Cacao Barry white chocolate.
