「桂花烏龍洋梨蛋糕」使用台灣在地茶品牌的焙烏龍茶粉,搭配小農鮮奶及進口義大利麵粉,烘烤出帶有焙火香氣的戚風蛋糕,夾層拌入由鐵觀音茶葉糖漬的洋梨丁,以及添加桂花的清爽北海道鮮奶油。表層裝飾為特製的桂花茶凍,採用手摘的黃金桂花,利用獨家技法萃取桂花茶液,製成晶瑩剔透且富彈性的茶凍。特色⻄方水果與台灣茶葉的組合,將戚風蛋糕的柔軟質地呈現不同風味,同時感受到奔放的茶香與洋梨特有的迷人滋味!

Our Osmanthus Oolong Pear Cake is a delicate cake made with premium Taiwanese Oolong Tea and fresh Hokkaido cream that has been infused with Osmanthus.  The tea-based chiffon cake is ten layered with slices of juicy western pears, adding a refreshing element of fruitiness to the cake.

Cake Body: 6 inch Oolong Chiffon Cake
Filling: Western Pear, Osmanthus-infused Hokkaido Fresh Cream, Osmanthus Jelly.
Decoration: Osmanthus-infused Hokkaido Fresh Cream, Gelatin, dried Osmanthus, edible flowers.
