Fresh lychees are paired with white chocolate ganache. The taste is sweet but not greasy. You can eat the whole lychee pulp.

外層：酥脆塔皮、新鮮荔枝、食用花

Filling: Fresh Lychee, White Chocolate Ganache, Almond Cream, Homemade Raspberry Jam.

Decoration: Puff Pastry, Fresh Lychee, Edible Flowers.
