Our seasonal Piece of Cake – Giant Black Forest Slice begins with a moist sponge crafted from premium Valrhona bittersweet chocolate, layered with rich dark chocolate ganache and Luxardo cherry liqueur-soaked cherries, then finished with a generous coating of light Hokkaido Nakazawa fresh cream. Deep cocoa notes, tart cherries, and a delicate hint of liqueur come together in a beautifully balanced interpretation of the timeless Black Forest Cake—rich, elegant, and never overly sweet.
